Do you charge a call-out fee?

Not between 7am and 5pm on weekdays. We look at the job, give you a fixed price, and you decide. Outside those hours there’s a $95 after-hours fee, and we’ll tell you before we come out.

How fast can you get here in an emergency?

For burst pipes, flooding and gas leaks we head straight out, day or night. We’ll give you an arrival time when you call.

What should I do while I wait?

Turn the water off at the meter, usually near your front boundary. If you smell gas, turn it off at the gas meter, open the windows, and don’t use switches or anything with a flame.

What happens if you’re late?

We book you into a two-hour arrival window. If we get there after it closes, we take $50 off the bill. The details are in our terms.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a QBCC plumbing and gasfitting licence and public liability insurance, and every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Do you work for landlords and property managers?

Yes. We can arrange access with your tenant directly and send the invoice and photos to you or your agent.
